I joined a game some time ago and started off fast and furious the weight just was melting off of me than I don't know what happened but I stopped losing and started gaining back. So this time, I am trying to stay more focus and more steady. I have to reach my final goal of at least 150-160. I'm a long way from that at more around 300, but I believe I can make it even though I am 61 years old. Loving myself.
