It's like a great experiment. I am getting to really understand how the wrong foods affect my mood and motivation more than I ever have. Foods low in nutrients or high in sugar set the cravings off. Things like a good hard workout can right the ship. When all else fails the threat of a pending Dietbet weigh-in really gets me back in the game. I wish I could take my token weigh-ins seriously.
