I've been doing the Ideal Protein Diet now for 72 days. I've been blogging about it from the beginning. If you're interested you can follow my blog 50 Pound Monkey. It's been a long and uphill battle, but I've lost 26.2 pounds and have lost at least some weight each week for the last 10 weeks. It's been a summer full of travel which makes it super hard, even when I'm super strict on vacation (which makes me grumpy when I only lose .4 *&^% pounds).
