We are all so busy these days, finding time to work out is almost as challenging as the workout itself.

I've noticed that some of the niceties I used to insist on before going to the gym are dropping away - the morning shower can wait (after all, I'm just going to shower again after the workout), who cares if my shorts and shirt don't match, and well, if my legs didn't get shaved this week, well..., the other gym goers are just going to have to deal with it.

On the weekends, I sneak in whatever errands I can get done at the stores near to my gym after my workout.  Sometimes, I have to apologize for looking like something the cat dragged in to those waiting in line next to me (particularly on Sunday morning when others are running errands in their Sunday best), but hey, it is the 21st century and free time is a luxury.

Now here's my dilemma.  I am new to Diet Bet and am trying to get the vibe of this site.  I've noticed that some folks are posting photos of their weigh-in photos of their feet on the scale.  "How neat," I thought, until I looked down at my own feet.  Home-trimmed nails, moleskin over the remnents of the blisters I grew this week starting a running program, and fuzzy ankles.  Not good.

So, before my next official weigh-in, should I go to the gym or get a pedicure??  Should I spend a hard 30 minutes dripping sweat on the treadmill making sure I make my weigh-in goal, or spend that time sitting in a comfy chair having my feet pampered (and tipping royally for the poor lady who has to deal with my knarly toes)?  Decisions, decisions.

Have a good weekend All!

:-)
