My first DB ends in ONE WEEK!

The scale showed yesterday that I am 2.2lbs away from goal and that's very achievable.  Today the scale was up another pound and there is still Turkey day this week.  I do know that I fluctuate quite a bit every day and with Thanksgiving this week I know I will be eating alot of foods out of my normal routine.  So I am NERVOUS!  ....bites nails...  Hopefully the nerves will keep me motivated and accountable this week.

I am making Thanksgiving dinner for my boyfriend and I and then will likely be going to his families house in the evening.  I have control over everything at my house and I prepped well.  Veggie and fruit trays will be out on Thanksgiving day to make munching better.  For dinner I have a salad and 2 veggies planned....so more healthy items to fill my plate.  My biggest weakness will likely be the sausage apple stuffing. I just love it!  Can we say Portion Control?!  What happens after we start visiting family over the 4 day weekend though, thats where the grazing usually happens.  I will be packing bottles of water and gum with me.  Maybe take another fruit/veggie tray with us.
