Which game is this for, that you have to lose 3 kg in 2 weeks? If it's for one of the transformer 6 month games then even if you don't make this rounds goal you still have not lost the game. You still have 4 more rounds to go. You can do it! If you and your friend are going to be eating at home can you just plan the meal so they are weight loss friendly and don't stock your shelves with junk food even for your friend? If you will be eating out can you give your friends suggestions of restaurants where you know you can eat healthy and even if your friend orders dessert just say "no thank you"? I understand that having company can make weight loss a challenge but with a little planning and determination it can still be done.
