I want to stop and reflect for a moment about good planning...

I am a bit frustrated with myself that I didn't actually work out today. I was busy running around grocery shopping and doing the regular sunday panicking before monday hits. HOWEVER I AM COMPLETELY ready for the week. I have meals prepped and ready, I know what I need to be eating... so I feel that in a lot of ways I still won. 

Tomorrow the actual physical training begins. Today I got my mind ready. A good portion of weightloss is about what you put into your body and that is something I need to work on just as bad as the exercise part. So today, I thought of myself and all the times I would order take out if I wasn't prepared so I went grocery shopping and planned out my week.
