Updates:

Thanksgiving!  What a rush that was. Thanksgiving morning I did my first ever Turkey Trot in some balmy 20 degree temps!  It was also the first time I ever hit 10K steps on my fitbit!

I met my goal on the Ali Vincent Kickstarter that just ended by the skin of my teeth! That was my first dietbet and I kept pretty steady the whole 4 weeks.  Pretty proud of myself.  

I have another one ending in a week but I'm 3.4lbs away and I'm not sure how I'm going to make that one.  So I'm just eating clean, drinking lots of water and keeping it up.  We'll see how it goes.  

I am giving up my starbucks daily routine for breakfast to make the push. I made scrambled egg dishes with mushrooms, peppers, ham and cheese for the rest of this week. And also prepped some chicken, rice and veggie lunches.  Hoping it gives me a boost!!

Looking ahead!  I've picked out what kickstarter I want to do in January and also signed up for a 6 month transformer.

I've never done a transformer but I am going on a cruise this time next year so I want to make sure that losing weight and getting healthy stays in focus for me!!  

Beach

This is Cayman Islands...  My motivation for 2016.  I've never been a beach person because I've never been comfortable in a bathing suit.  I want to change that in 2016 and this time next year I'll be sitting on that beach!
