So been feeling a bit worn out this week.
Life's been busy and I've been tired and yet...
I have been waking up at 6am nearly everyday and getting up and going for a walk. I, a major nightowl, have been waking up without an alarm and going for a walk/ run, now fitting more run than walk in. The reason I have been getting up early, is because I have been going to sleep earlier (shocker).
I have been calorie counting for 2 months now and it has become a habit. It is a thing I need to do and I know that and it has taught me so much.
The featured image is me at the start of my jouney and today. The difference is not really obvious in the pic, but the difference is 15kg.
So even though I am tired and have been busy, I have maintained my balance. I have been moving everyday and my life is changing. I might be tired at the end of the day, but it is a good tired.
I have plenty more to go, but feel like this is going pretty well so far!
