I have been struggling with losing weight for years now!  I can't control fighting my cravings that I get.  Instead, I fulfill the cravings until I'm feeling ill.  I have the working out part down as my boyfriend drags me to the gym all the time. 

Ultimately I would like to lose more than the 4% that is required to prove to myself that I can do this, and I'm hoping with the motivation of the program that I'll be able to push myself more than I have been trying these last couple of years.
