Merry Christmas everyone! Mine wasn't tooo merry- I was working but it was still a pretty good day :)
Anyways, here's what I've been thinking about. I had just signed up for two more bets the other day. Then I sort of looked at my weight loss pattern. 10 lbs in 5 weeks? Seems a little too fast for my comfort. I'm worried about the plateau that will eventually happen, I'm also worried about cutting portions too small, I'm worried that I'll cause a binge/purge cycle by putting too much pressure on myself. Which will lead to yo-yoing. Which doesn't sound like fun to me. Plus, I have lost weight quickly before, and it didn't stay off. What I really want to do is to maintain this loss before continuing.
So I'm not absolutely sure, but I think I'm going to quit the two kickstarters I've joined, I'm going to give myself two weeks or more, keep up with my transformers, and maybe just maintain/chill a little. Right now, it's past midnight and I'm quite tired so I'm going to sleep on it. Literally.
