I was always thin growing up!  Really started gaining weight with my 3rd pregnancy.  Gained 70 pounds up to 220lbs for my 5ft9in frame.  Thought that was HORRIBLE, yet now I have that weight beat without being pregnant at 240 lbs.  I'm a yoyo dieter and a stress eater.  I need help.  My daughter is getting married this fall, I have high blood pressure, diabetes and I have a very low image of myself. I pretty much stay at home, too embarrassed to go out with friends.  They go dancing, but I will not bounce my body around.  My knees are starting to really hurt, along with my back.   I know I can do it, but need the support of possibly this group to keep me going.
