Well, that was a pain in the butt. I had a whole post ready to go and it got lost.. I hate when technology does not work like its supposed to.
Like my new keyboard and it's insatiable facination with multiple R's...lol
I dont even remember what I was talking about. I know I was talking about almost being at my goal weight and how it has been a long road and I'm glad I didnt give up!
All the times I wanted to, or I'd walk away frrom my weights for a month or so but I always came back to it.
I also mentioned how great I feel NOT eating carbs and how for years I always thought I HAD to have tons of carbs to be healthy and gain muscle and shed fat, but I never did!
I lost a bit but I have never got rid of my huge belly. Not until I quit carbs. So far I have lost about 4 inches off my waist. I was a 38-39 waist! and now its 34inches, and still losing.
I started a new workout routine. I use an ap called "Jefit" which has thousands of workouts, routines and all kinds of examples that you can watch to make surre that you are getting proper form when you lift.
