Everyone is posting their 2016 goals on social media and fitness centers are running specials. It's motivating! I enjoy watching what other people do to get started. It's all on me to lose my own weight, but planning the group weigh in for DietBet and getting ready for a food social in a couple of weeks sure does help! Right now, we can't weigh in yet, but what can we do to get ready?
- Plan your food shopping trip. It's New Year's weekend! You probably have plans to celebrate. Make sure you've left yourself time to go to the store so that you are prepped and ready come Day 1 of DietBet! This means you should have some idea of the meal plan you are going to follow. Contact me if you need help choosing a food plan!
- Schedule your weigh in and pictures. I am offering 3 times to help you get this done on Monday or Tuesday!
- Commit to a fitness program. Perkins Boot Camp is an awesome group of people that motivate eachother and there are 5 classes a week to choose from. However, if this is not your fitness style, find something else! It's hard to do it by yourself. Find a buddy to workout with or a class to attend.
- Recruit people to do the DietBet with you! It's a whole lot easier to stay focused when the folks around you are participating too!
