Preparing for the metabolic balance Lose to Win challenge. I took some photos today and thought I looked ok as I snapped the front photo and then said "Oh My Goodness!!" as I snapped the back photo. I never look at my backside and I guess that is where I'm storing those extra few pounds which I plan to lose by rebalancing. Shake that Booty is my theme song for this challenge.
The competition and my rebalancing begins on January 4th but I'm ready to start on the 2nd so I will spend the weekend cleansing so that I feel like I'm doing something for the competition.
