HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!!

As per Oprah in her Weight Watchers commercial: "Let's Make 2016 The Year Of Our Best Bodies"!!! I plan on reaching my ultimate goal of 145 pounds this year. Gonna get MY SEXY BACK!!! YEAH!!! :-)

Girl, I have NOT begun the New Year off on the right foot...I've eaten a HUGE slice of pizza from Star Pizza, which is like gourmet pizza, and chips, along with a delicious helping of cappaciana (sp?), which is a mixture of shrimp, avocados, tomatoes and a special sauce from Goode Co., along with miniature pieces of bread!!! My hubby and I are going on vacation next week and I KNOW that I most likely will be splurging on meals then too; however, I am going to "get on the good foot" and begin eating healthier beginning Sunday, January 10, 2016! I will work toward repairing the damage I've done. Oh, I didn't mention that I plan to eat our New Year's dinner (beef tripe, cabbage, hamhocks, cornbread, yams, rice and black-eyed peas). My, my, my...I hope that I'm still in the 150s after today!!! Urrh, as Lyrch of "The Adams Family" would say!!!
