Nine week project - week one - tweaking and adjusting

Nice post Rebecca!!! You've done an AMAZING job monitoring & following through on your 9-week project!!! I like the goals you set for yourself!!! I have to try that, especially when it comes to exercise. I always say I'm gonna work out every day doing Leslie's 2-mile walk or Bob Harper's Biggest Loser Power Walk 1 & 2. I'm good for a couple of days; then I fall off the wagon & don't workout at all. If I'm having severe lower back pain, that's one thing, but to just not do it, I have to step up my game & do better. Today is a new day!!! I'm gonna try to be more consistent. Thanks for sharing!!! :-)
