Ok.  It's time to just do it.  Changing to a vegan diet and max 1500 calories per day in hopes of loosing a lot of weight this year.  Joined Prime Fitness- doing the Boomer's class and other strengthening activities and lots of walks! Still recovering from back fusion so I can't do biking, golf etc. until Spring. I will have to deal with left rotator cuff surgery unfortunately.  So..anyway I'm feeling much better after back surgery and am ready to get started and do what I can do! Lifestyle change...not just a diet.
