5 years ago I lost 30 pounds by just getting off the couch and away from computer games and adding exercise. Then the weight started creeping back on and I gained and lost the same 10 lbs five times! I could have lost 50 lbs! I needed some incentive. My daughter had recommended diet bet and she was supportive, which helped so much! Find someone to touch bases with even it's keeping a blog here. I barely made each weight but now am learning to maintain this last month and my goal is to continue to maintain.
