Suzi, thank you for sharing on your blog. Most of us have experienced what you have gone through and can relate--at least I can. For me it's just changing my habits and becoming healthier and continuing these healthy life-style habits when I've reached my goal weight (which has not yet happened). The older I get, the more wise I become about what works for me and how I can maintain a healthy life-style and weight. It's a process and I never give up and hope you don't either!
