Down 0.2lbs! haha. I'll take what I can get. I'm definitely holding some extra water weight this week, so some of that can't be helped... yay :/
Managed yesterday to limit the calories. Today's plan is the same. Yesterday's workout was P90X3 yoga with the husband. Then I got on my elliptical thing for an hour while I watched a show. Not super high energy, but I needed a bit of a break after the weekend. Still sore from Kenpo three days later, and I tried to do Ab Ripper after yoga, but after 7 minutes in my quads were so spent that I just couldn't do any more. I find that I tend to put much more legs into my "ab" exercises than I actually do abs, most of the time.
Today will hopefully be much of the same in the way of caloric intake. Not starving myself, but definitely limiting and choosing wisely. Outside of my coffee in the morning, I'm trying to nix sugar. Last night post-workout I really struggled not to have a bit of chocolate. But I decided instead on a handful of almonds. After a workout I should be eating protein, right?
Water intake goal was reached, 74oz.
Haven't decided yet on today's workout. Interval training, maybe? Or some at-home Zumba? Doing Yoga Thursday night, so I want to do something with a bit higher intensity the rest of the week. It's awesome that there are so many options out there, and I don't even have to leave the house if I don't want to - we've got P90X, P90X3, Insanity, and the whole internet :)
