Almost 2 whole days down and so far I am not hungry and have been good about eating healthy. There is so much info about what you should count and how you should eat...it is hard to decide what to do. I am going to eat fruits and veggies with every meal and a little protein and see how that works. My daughter is a very competitive softball player and is going to keep me moving. We have decided to do the 30 day squat and 30 day lunge challenge, we are also going to walk around the park by our house in the evenings. She needs to do something during the off season and I need motivation....so win, win. Of course she is the sweetest thing and tells me that I look great and don't need to lose weight I just need to workout. I hope that everyone else has found someone or something to motivate them.
