I've always been at least a little bit overweight my whole life. I remember being called fat in 6th grade by the boy I had a crush on, and of course it sucked. Most people have stories like that they've carried for a long time. And it has changed the way I see and think about myself.
I want to succeed in my game, I want to reach my goal weight, but ultimately I want to be absolutely, 100% happy about myself and the way I feel. I'm a very confident person, but it comes from tons and tons of practice. Sort of fake it til you make it syndrome. Instead, I want to have true confidence in myself and my body. True self love. I'll probably never look like women in magazines, but I'll be just as radiantly beautiful.
