My boots are zipping easier! That means progress!
I decided to start my challenge the day of my weigh-in, which was Saturday morning! That makes this Day 5 and I am already noticing a difference! I feel less bloated (I cut out all carbs!) and already things, like my boots, are fitting better!
It doesn't take a whole month to notice a difference...even a couple days can chart huge progress! Minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day....we've got this! How are y'all doing and are you noticing changes?
