I'm not sure what's worse for me... staying at home where I have access to LOTS of food, but also ample time to get my 15,000 steps in, go running, head to the Y for a yoga class,etc. OR go to work where I am stressed out and so overwhelmed that I can't stay focus AND there is chocolate in the break room :-(
The good news is that I am training for my second 1/2 marathon with my BFF so she keeps me focused AND a colleague turned me on to #DietBet and she has done really well with it.
