I've done a lot of weight loss challenges but thought I needed to "up the ante" with an actual cash bet on myself. I'm a competitive person and the challenges work as far as they go, but sometimes the games and daily checking in would get old really fast. I like how these challenges seem much more straightforward and everyone has the same 4% goal to achieve. I've signed up for a Kickstarter and the SELF Challenge, and I'm feeling good with my preparation and meals. It's the fitness that I tend to struggle with, especially in winter! I'm planning on a boost of motivation from the winning opportunity.
