Yay, Karen, on the strength workouts. I think strength training is really important for us at our age (what's a fun word for women our age?!?). It's hard to quantify the positive results of strong bodies, but better balance, better bone density, feeling stronger and more toned, are all positive results of strength training. . I need to start the strength training for me. Good going with your body weight drop, too. Our attitude-----boy, does that make all the difference. Bad attitudes and habits got me in my current "mess", so I know developing good attitudes and habits will help my journey towards good health and fitness. I hope we keep in touch over these 6 months and encourage each other in this journey.
