Turning 50 this year and my biggest worry is that I won't be able to stay active and feel good.  It is time to SHED the extra weight to protect my joints.  I've struggled with putting on weight after I stopped dancing and became less active; but I still want to hike rim to rim accross the Grand Canyon.  Right now that would just NOT be possible. 

 

So this might just be the trick.  Betting on me.
