Morning Afternoon weigh-in: 163.8
Incredibly fun night with the gang. Unfortunately not the best decision-making in terms of the diet, but all things considered, coming up at only +0.8 is something I can deal with - particularly considering how bloated I am. Didn't end up working out yesterday at all, instead worked all morning and by the time I was done we were on our way out of town.
Managed not to drink too much. One gin drink (rather weak) prior to dinner, a beer with dinner, then about a half a gin drink and a half a beer after that. Dinner was so heavy and greasy that my stomach was a bit out of whack, not making me want to drink much. Goodness, was it delicious, though! A fantastic hot dog with coney sauce and coleslaw, fried pickles, and onion rings... not to mention, snacking on chips and queso late into the night... again, not the best decisions.
Breakfast/Lunch today was at a little diner. I went with corned beef hash and toast. Given the size of everyone else's meals it could have been worse, but could have been better. I probably wont eat again until dinner, which will be brats (no bun) with sauerkraut.
Tomorrow starts the more restrictive diet once again. I love that my body has finally gotten to the point where it doesn't want crap food. I'm actually relieved to not be eating at any restaurants this week. And I will be working out this evening - though I might take a nap before then. I didn't drink too much, but we were up until about 4:30am. I'm used to hitting my bed around 9:30pm, so that's throwing me waaaaay off. Even if we did sleep in...
So that's that. I'm off to drink a bunch of fluids and get some rest. Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday!
