I love it! That is how you know you're in the zone and have an ingrained habit that will stick: you can't wait to get back to it when you have been off it. (The opposite is when your mindset is like: what excuse to I have to not eat healthy or exercise.) I get that one a lot and with that mindset it is so easy for me to fall off the wagon and not get back on. You are doing great and I love reading your updates!
