I can't begin to express how excited I am!   

I built some new shelves yesterday and hung them last night.  This morning I dug out all of my healthy ingredients to make it easier to get to them.  

Love the way it turned out! 

Im looking forward to meal prep today for this week. I got an extra day as we honor Martin Luther King day and don't have to go to the office!  

And I have my 32nd anniversary get away this weekend,  so only 3 days of work to prep meals for.

In the jars I have:

  • Walnuts
  • Cashews
  • Almonds; whole, slivered, sliced & flour
  • Coconut flakes and flour
  • Quinoa
  • Green & Red Lentils
  • Black (Forbidden) Rice
  • Amaranth
  • Golden raisins & dried cranberries
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pine nuts
  • Cocoa

I had the wood on hand so to build the shelves it cost $13 (for fresh stain & a new bottle of wood glue) and one big blood blister!
