Morning weigh-in: 161.2

I DID IT!!! I'm so excited :D Granted, now I have to keep it up for another 10 days (when my second game ends), but hopefully that just means I'll be overshooting it until then. It feels so freeing to hit that number - and even more so than the number, to see just how much my body has changed since I started... and how much my confidence has improved. I'm no longer dreading that bikini in May - but excited to get as fit as I can to bring in my 30s right! And I feel closer to being ready for all the hiking on our honeymoon (though I would still like to work on that a bit more as well).

Yesterday was a pretty intense day - after doing nothing and eating nothing but crap over the weekend, I felt like I had some catching up to do. Breakfast was a hard boiled egg and can of V8 juice. Lunch was leftover brat with red cabbage. The husband went to dinner at a friend's (keilbasa and potatoes), but I was good and instead had a veggie burger (no bun) with steamed broccoli. I did have a handful of trail mix in there at some point, and my dessert was some cottage cheese with PB2 and a bit of blackberry jam.

A friend came over and he, the husband, and I did the original P90X Yoga - so an hour and a half. That was more challenging than I wanted it to be. lol. Then I spent 2 hours on the elliptical watching some Heroes. Then doing a lot of stretching, as my legs were feeling pretty strained after that.

Today the plan will be similar. Egg/V8 for breakfast, veggie burger/broccoli for lunch. Tonight we're having dinner at a friend's, so I'm not sure what's on the menu. But I'll attempt to make good decisions. Think I might just hop on the elliptical for one episode and then do some work on my arms and perhaps butt. I'm not sure I have the patience for an hourly workout today, but I can definitely hit an hour total with the elliptical thrown in there for 40 min.

Feeling good! Hope you are all having as much success. Trust me, it's possible!!!
