Morning weigh-in: 158.8

It seems as if once I pushed past my plateau that the pounds don't want to stop dropping ;) Loving it. Yesterday was a challenging one - not so much in terms of working out/eating well, but in general. It's been a long week, and yesterday was a lot of sitting around, incredibly stressed and down. As a result, I didn't end up working out at all. My eating was just fine, though. 

Ran out of V8, but I had my usual coffee and hard-boiled egg. Midmorning I had a Chobani Flip yogurt (yummmm). For lunch I had a half portion of leftovers from the night before - Italian chicken with zoodles. During the day I had a half of a Larabar and a handful of trail mix as a snack. Dinner was shredded buffalo chicken breast over a bit of brown rice with asian slaw. 

I thought about working out several times - I'm sure it would have greatly improved my mood, but it just wasn't in the cards and getting on the elliptical seemed like too much since my quads have been pretty sore for a couple of days. Ah well. Unscheduled rest day. 

Today I will for sure be hopping on my elliptical, and continuing with my healthy eating. Though I'm going out for Indian food tonight. Haven't decided if I should just eat at home and grab a drink and something small or just eat lightly the rest of the day and not worry about it. We'll see.
