Carbs and Sweet Cravings! Why??

I find myself like that too often! My solution that helps me and my friends are to slice sweet potatoes thinly, lightly spray them with whatever oil and black pepper them. Put into your oven at 450 for about 20 mins and they're delicious. As for the sweets frozen mango chucks are awesome and if you would like to drink, english breakfast with a stevia topped with a bit of nonfat milk is absolutely delicious! Thanks!! the sweet potatoes sound delicious! Frozen mangos chunks sound good too.. I guess maybe frozen fruits in general sound like a good idea. I'm not a big sweets drinker (I take my coffee and tea black), but I guess that can substitute my latte cravings. Thanks so much!!
