I find myself like that too often! My solution that helps me and my friends are to slice sweet potatoes thinly, lightly spray them with whatever oil and black pepper them. Put into your oven at 450 for about 20 mins and they're delicious. As for the sweets frozen mango chucks are awesome and if you would like to drink, english breakfast with a stevia topped with a bit of nonfat milk is absolutely delicious!
