Carbs and Sweet Cravings! Why??

You might be able to derail your craving by taking your taste buds in a different direction--like brushing your teeth or chewing gum after you've had a little sweet but before it turns into a full on binge. But really recognizing it is half the battle, so you're a step ahead already.

Thanks for that tip. I was trying to keep gum in handy (even buying that birthday cake flavored one), but I guess I should try something minty.
