I have been very good with my diet.
Even updated my weightloss yesterday after a week : -1kg5 almost half way through!
This gave me wings!
I got on the treadmill during my daughter's nap.
This morning my terrible C seemed to have ended, my stomach looked definitly flatter.
Could not wait to get on the scale.
Dropped it accidentally on the floor trying to put it in the middle of the room.
BOOM!
-10kg.
