Interesting! Good for you for figuring this out instead of just lunging for something filling like bread! I think I need to get back to my meal planner too. Once you feel like a pro and start to wing it, you can end up with problems.

It's so true. Getting comfortable is good, but getting TOO comfortable is a mistake!
