Damn. I wish I were as dedicated and knowledgeable about nutrition to have that type of insight to figure it out the issue instead of chalking it up to hormones and/or emotions and binging. I've been using myfitnesspal for the past month and its really helped, only I have to be more conscious of my carbs, fats and proteins. Thank you for sharing this post!
