Today I had my first personal training session. I was quite nervous as I wasn't really sure what to expect. Its funny to think that you sign up because you want to be pushed but then when you are pushing, all you want to do is stop.

I had various reasons for wanting to do it. For starters in the new gym I have joined every month you get a free session. So in my head I would be foolish not to take advantage of it. I am even considering paying £100 for 10 extra sesions. Which if I do it every 2 weeks would mean I would get 10 months coaching for £100. Which is still a lot of money for me, but will neaver be that cheep again. 

Even if I am scared this would have to help me reach my goles faster both fitness and weight wise. Its always easer to push yourself when someone is striving for you. It would also give me some plans to use both in the gym and at home. 

This is so obious I dont even know why I need to talk myself into this.
