Still battling with bloating and stomach aches. Last night I had potatoes with dinner and felt uncomfortable so have decided to give these up on top of the wheat, broccoli, oats, some glutens and anything else I've noticed aggravates me.
Last night was the first time I drank since New Years and didn't go at all over board with it, like I usually do!
Today, however, I have noticed I feel a lot hungrier than usual. Probably down to the alcohol, tiredness and the fact that I am not doing a lot today but am surrounded by food.
Determined to keep on track and not eat masses more than I usually do just because I am away with family for the weekend.
Day 9 of freedom from binge eating and really enjoying slowly being able to trust myself more, and no longer feeling ashamed and guilty by the amount I'm eating :)
