So close to finishing the first dietbet and so close to losing it by weigh in...half a pound or so....thats pretty good.  I feel I could have done better.

 

The diet , made a few mistakes a long the way like alcohol one weekend night.  For the most part I stayed away from chocolate, breads, pastas, and too large of portion sizes...Lived off salad mostly and shakeology.

I did not get in my exercise the way I should have ....skipped many days.  so that is where i struggle.  I need to maybe try to work out in the mornings, still need to figure this part out by during the second dietbet I am in.
