Hi, my game name is Ton-i and I've just finished my 7th diet game. On march 30 I started a goal to lose weight and start eating healthy. Weighing in at 275.2 lbs. I hardly could walk up steps. I set my goal weight at 225 lbs. and that I would do all that it take to lose this weight.
My wife found a Dietbet ad in a magazine and said that I should do this, that this might be a way to lose weight. Man, was she ever right!!!! After 5 month I've lost 42 lbs. and have won over $300.00. I'm just 7 lbs. from my 225 lbs. goal. Today I set a new goal to lose down to 190 lbs. I know that I can do this because this Dietbet game is the motivator that I need to lose the weight. With the help of friends in the games and seeing the results from all the work I know that I can lose this weight. I know I fill 100% better already.
So If you are just starting a Dietbet game, you can lose all the weight that you want but it starts with you. Start slow exercising if you haven't exercised much lately, eat heathly, cut out the sugars, salt, drink all the water that you can ( 1 gal a day). The main thing to remember is keeping your goal in focus and keeping your will power in check. Don't let anything get in your way to set you back from reaching your goal. Stay away from the urges to eat and if you have to eat, eat fruit or vegies. For sweats I eat vanilla waffers, and grahm crackers, ( 8-10 vanillas, 4 grahms) this works for me. Don' get discourged when you weigh and no weight has come off, just keep working out and watching waht you eat, and it will come off. I find in my games that salt is my thorn in the side. Salt will stop weight los faster than anthing that I seen. Takes about 3 days to start losing weight again after eating something that has salt in it. Be careful eating out, watch what you eat.
