Stress at work is a big enabler of bad habits for me. I've had bad days that on my lunch break I'd go eat a big Mexican lunch followed by a large DQ blizzard just to feel something besides frustration or anger or whatever the problem was. Or, maybe more accurately, to pile on and make myself feel worse. Funny how our minds sometimes needs bad to become worse. Like you said, 3 pieces of chocolate aint no thing. Thanks for sharing.
