today I plan to do 2 walks with Tara (dog) and eat 10 servings of whole foods.  

I plan to work 4.5 hours and go to recovery meeting at 6:30.

I am so hungry and so grumpy and too late to go to my meeting.  just counting down the hours until dinner.

2 walks; about 3.5 miles total.  Net calories about 1600

bed soon; estimate about 7 hours sleep.  

happy about food and work; annoyed that I did not make the meeting.  I was on the internet instead.
