I've been eating healthier for a little while now but just started to add in exercise at the beginning of my current dietbet game. I'm so happy I did. I love the feeling when I get done working out and how proud I feel of myself. I think those are the things that will keep me going day to day. Because I have a lot of weight I have to lose and it can seem daunting. In the past I've gotten discouraged because all I've ever focused on was where I wanted to be and I knew I had so far to go. Dietbet has helped give me motivation to stay the course. I'm still trying to focus on how good I feel every day and all of my NSVs because those are the thoughts that usually get me through my cravings or not feeling like getting up to exercise. Right now I'm feeling motivated and so happy that I joined this website.

I was always giving up in the past because I only saw where I wanted to be in the long run (100lbs lighter) but I'm so big I just kept throwing in the towel and slipped back into bad eating habits and never exercised every time. I think dietbet's short term goals are great because they don't seem so out of reach compared to our ultimate weight loss goal, you know? I wish you the best in your weightloss journey, love.
