Reality is I won't lose 3 pounds in 3 days....so I have two choices
1. Crumble 2. Acceptance
Acceptance looks like making a plan….and allowing readjustment.
I am a hard core make a plan and stick to it kind of person. Life has been showing me bumps will mess with the plan.
As soon as I penned a plan this month, life happened! I crumbled. I mentally beat myself up, telling myself well, you didn’t do what you said you would from day one of the plan….might as well throw in the towel.
What now? Make a plan, accept it may need adjustment, but stick with it As Much As Possible-AMAP!
I plan to keep working to have a balanced life of eating nutritional foods and caring for my physical, mental and spiritual health.
Make a plan and be aware there may be adjustments!
