I do it every single time. I start out great, make it a week, and then I binge. My problem is that I am an all or nothing kind of girl. When I am all in, Iam cutting all sweets, almost all carbs, counting calories...... and basically depriving myself of eating anything I find yummy. Usually coming in well under my pre determined calorie intake for the day. Then comes my "cheat" day, the one day I would allow myself to "splurge". And that splurge would last a couple months. So here I am, trying somthing different this time. See I have a huge urge to win. And I like money, so I see this as a win-win. Lets see how this goes. Wish me luck.
