vitamins/meds, each morning

1 fruit (min) daily

1 veggie (min) daily

1 serving Metamucil daily

80 oz water daily

2 cups (max) coffee each morning

1 coffee (max) at 3pm (no later)

 

Excersize Goals:

Mon - movie/rest night (might walk during the day)

Tue - game/rest night (might walk during the day) 

Wed - walk

Thu - upper body weights

Fri - walk

Sat - lower body weights

Sun - walk

 

Bonus Thoughts:

continue with my new-habit of no house-work after 9pm

wear my blue-light blocking shades after 8pm?

bed by midnight?

quick walk around the block each morning?

can I get my stupid fitbit working/replaced?!
