I'm so motivated right now it's crazy! I feel like I have all the tools I need this time around. I'm focusing on eating every 3 or so hours so I stay full and don't have cravings. I'm tracking my food and fitness on a planner. I've decided that even if I don't feel like working out, I'll just do 5 min, which is what happened this morning. I did a quickie and felt good about it. I also walked for 15 min. during lunch. After I came home from work, I did jillian michaels yoga. Whoo that was a killer! If every day goes like today, I'll be skinny in no time!
My food was spot on.
Breakfast: Eggs, oatmeal and coffee (with honey and almond milk; trying to stay off sugar)
Lunch: Chicken and beet salad with quinoa.
Snack: Brazil nuts and granola.
Supper: Tofu, green beans and quinoa again.
I realized I'm out of fruit so have to go buy some! Not sure what I'm going to have for a post workout snack, but it will be healthy and yummy!!! Overall I had a great first day and I'm excited to see where this takes me.
