So! this will be my second time playing. I have to say for my first game I did not expect to loose 5 lbs. I really joined the game because my friend wanted me too. I did not have high expectations for myself. I thought to myself well its $25 its not that much.
I noticed my attitude started to change for the better when I saw some weight come off only with the very small changes i was doing. These changed were having more water and not eating heavy late. That is all!!! i still ate some food that wasnt so great, but when i did, i wrote about it. Writing helped me be accountable.
Slowly this game became fun to me and i was liking the results with little effort. My thoughts were changing in terms of what I chose to eat and what I wanted to eat. I was making better decisions!
Because i was eating better and eating the right foods i notices (in just one month) my acid reflux getting better and I was not having so much of it.
I didnt win the game this time and did not meet the 4% goal but i DID loose 5 lbs and that to me is great! SO for this game I will be putting in alot more effort! this will include alot of water, more fruits and vegetables and lean protein. I think i will also try to walk more either outside or on my treadmill.
I can do this!
